It seems that a snowy winter is in store for us so finding places to sled and snowshoe will make those days off from school and work more fun. Let us know where you go?

For many years, I have been taking my kids to a great hill for sledding behind Abrams Hebrew Academy – a few blocks off of Main Street in Yardley, PA.
Across from Bucks County Community College there is a baseball/softball site. Near the entrance – on the side closer to Newtown – there is a decent hill for sledding that a lot of people use.
We also go sledding at Helen Randall park across from the community college. As soon as you pull into the park, the hill is on the right. If kids pick up enough speed they’ll do double hills.
